The IQ4 Smart Controller provides intelligent automatic charging control for your DLS Battery Charger, keeping batteries fully charged and operating for long life. IQ4 Charge Controllers are available for any DLS Battery Charger model and are backed by IOTA’s Two-Year Warranty. For 4-Stage Charging, use either the external IQ4 pendant or a DLS charger with built-in IQ4 control. The IQ4 Charge Controller allows the DLS Series battery charger to operate as an automatic 4-Stage “Smart Charger,” delivering the charge your battery needs at the time it needs it. The IQ4 uses four different charging modes to keep your battery in peak condition.

IQ Smart Charger
The IQ Controller allows the DLS charger to operate as an automatic 3-stage “smart charger.” This gives the customer the benefit of Bulk, Absorption, and Float stage charging, increasing the charging capacity of the DLS charger, decreasing charge times, insuring proper and safe battery charging and minimizing over-charging. This “smart” technology monitors the battery at all times. If the DLS voltage remains in the long term float stage more than seven days, the IQ Controller will automatically deliver a boost charge for a predetermined time, then automatically return to the normal float stage.
