The Parallax Converter/Charger Power Center 55 Amp 8300 Series 8355 brings output amperages to 30 amp shore services that have never been seen before. The 8355 is a 30 Amp Power Center with 55 Amp Converter Charger. Manufactured with active power factor correction allows converter sections to operate on 120VAC 15 amp branch circuits leaving plenty of power for running other 120VAC devices. The unit is built with a durable steel enclosure and has an 11 position fuse block with blown fuse indicators. Can be upgraded to TempAssure technology providing maximum battery charging in any season or environment.

The Parallax 55 AMP Power Center W/Converter Charger 8355 electronic power converter is designed to supply the nominal 12-volt filtered DC power for all 12-volt operated devices encountered in RV service. Although the converter is an excellent battery charger, the converter does not require a battery to be connected to it for proper operation.
