Brass hose barbs are recommended for general purpose air, water and other low pressure applications. CA360 brass construction prevents rust and corrosion. All hose barbs must be firmly fastened with hose clamps or ferrules. This fitting is recommended for use with the 79-AFC11112 fuel shut off valve. This valve is used on many motorcycles, lawn mowers and other smaller engines for a positive shut off when the power is removed from the valve.
